For EU citizens: passport/ID and NIE (foreigner ID number). For non-EU citizens: visa, NIE, and a customs declaration form (T1). We guide you through every step.

EU-to-EU moves are tax-free. For non-EU origins, personal effects are generally exempt if you can prove prior residence. We handle the paperwork to ensure smooth clearance.

Road transport within Europe typically takes 5–15 business days. Sea freight to overseas destinations ranges from 4–8 weeks. Real-time tracking included on all shipments.

We recommend booking 4–6 weeks ahead for international moves. For peak season (June–September), 8 weeks is ideal. Last-minute moves are possible depending on availability.

Yes. Every move includes real-time tracking through our platform. Your personal coordinator keeps you updated at every stage.

Yes. Every move includes Shipment Protection up to €3,000. If an incident occurs, the first €300 are borne by the client. It is a carrier liability regime (Spanish Law 15/2009), not an insurance contract. If your goods are worth more, the limit can be extended before the service, and you can add Total Protection (€25 + VAT) to skip the €300.

We use premium materials: reinforced boxes, bubble wrap, custom crating for artwork and antiques, and blanket wrapping for furniture. Our teams are trained in handling delicate items.

Apparent damage is noted on the delivery note; non-apparent damage must be reported to reclamaciones@bymegroup.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos and description. We resolve claims within the LCTTM legal deadlines.
